Dr. Hatcher received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Washington in 1973. Subsequently he completed two years of active duty in the U.S. Public Health Service and a one year general practice residency program at the University of Vermont Medical Center. Following three years as an instructor and one year as active director of the general practice residency program and the hospital dental clinic at the University of Washington, Dr. Hatcher the graduate program in radiology at the University of Toronto and was granted a specialty in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology in 1982 and an M.Sc. in 1983. His thesis topic dealt with radiology of mandibular dysfunction.

Dr. Hatcher was an Associate Professor and Chairman of the Division of Radiology for five years at the University of Alberta, Canada. He was also Director of the Temporomandibular Joint Investigation Unit and Clinic while at the University of Alberta. He has faculty appointments at both the University of California San Francisco and the University of Pacific Dental Schools. He has published many articles and lectured extensively to medical and dental organizations in the United States and Canada. Presently Dr. Hatcher is in private practice at ddi.


Craig (Dial) earned his license as a Dental Radiographic Technologist in 1981 through UC Berkeley and is currently part owner and chief technologist of ddi. He works closely with many doctors to continue to improve the standard of maxillofacial imaging available in our community and throughout the world. Craig has served several years as the president of the American Association of Dental Maxillofacial Radiographic Technicians (AADMRT), and several more as a member of the board. Craig is internationally known and respected for his imaging expertise, and is often consulted about his technical skills and knowledge about oral radiography.


Camille Camille (Mayorga) started with ddi upon its opening in 1995. She has been a Dental Radiographic Technologist at the ddi Sacramento office since earning her license through UC Berkley in 1996. She ensures that ddi’s high standard of quality is upheld when performing all x-ray procedures. In Camille’s care, patients can feel comfortable and informed about their visit. In addition to her imaging expertise, Camille has also served many years as the editor of the quarterly newsletter for the American Association of Dental Maxillofacial Radiographic Technicians (AADMRT).


Dr. Mardini received her D.D.S. degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2001. In 2002 she began a 3 year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. There Dr. Mardini received her M.S. degree and Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Certification. Following her graduation in 2005, Dr. Mardini joined the faculty at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine as a Clinical Assistant Professor. She spent time teaching in both the Radiology and Emergency Clinics as well as being Course Director for the first year dental radiology course. In 2006 Dr. Mardini was awarded Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. Dr. Mardini is currently in private practice at DDI and has an appointment as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Boston University School of Dental Medicine.


Cherie (Berry) earned her certification as a Dental Assistant in 1980 working in a large Orthodontic practice in Southern California. She earned her license as a Dental Radiographic Technologist in 1983 through Orange Coast College and the State of California. She was transferred to Colorado with Wilson Radiographic Centers in 1983 to be the Chief Technologist and Director of Operations for Facial & TMJ Radiographic Center. She is responsible for building and growing a highly reputable Dental Imaging Center. She is now a new member of the ddi Team, joining in 2007. She has been a leader in providing cutting edge technologies to Colorado for 24years and continues to earn the trust of her patients and the Dental Community with her cheerful personality, warm smile, and expertise in implementing the highest standards of quality dental imaging available.


Faith (Schall) spent several years in medical radiography after receiving her A.R.R.T through St. Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She has been a part of Facial and TMJ Radiographic Center for 20+ years where she has been scheduling, billing, shipping, developing, and taking x-rays. She enjoys the interaction with patients, parents, dentists and their staff and is learning the latest techniques in diagnostic imaging since becoming part of ddi Imaging Centers.


Samantha (Alarcon) has been with ddi since 2006, and is the office manager for ddi Sacramento where she keeps things running in a smooth and efficient manner. You’ll see her at the reception desk and chat with her on the phone. She handles patient scheduling, insurance billing, shipping and supply management and computer data entry as well as ensuring that ddi patients feel welcome and comfortable. Concurrent with her office duties Sam provides secretarial services for Dr. Hatcher.


Samantha (Cullen) is currently the front office support for the ddi Sacramento imaging center. She handles patient scheduling, insurance billing, computer data entry, and shipping and supply management. Additionally, she assists with the digital record keeping and paperless transfer of patient records. Samantha also helps provide secreterial and phone support for Dr. David Hatcher.


Kim Jamison Kim (Jamison) is currently the office manager for the ddi Roseville imaging center, the first all digital dental imaging center. She handles patient scheduling, insurance billing, computer data entry, and shipping and supply management. Additionally, she assists with the digital record keeping and paperless transfer of patient records.


Renee O'Neal Renee (O'Neal) is currently the front office support for the ddi Roseville imaging center, the first all digital dental imaging center. She handles patient scheduling, insurance billing, computer data entry, and shipping and supply management. Additionally, she assists with the digital record keeping and paperless transfer of patient records.


Gail Gail (Finnigan) earned her Dental Radiographic Technician license in 1974 at The University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Over the years, Gail has worked in several dental imaging labs in Northern California. Gail works at the ddi Vacaville imaging center where she has been since 2000. She takes high quality cone-beam CT images to produce the best possible images for area doctors, and to provide a comfortable experience for her patients.


Donna Donna (Eggers) received her Dental Radiographic Technologist license from UC Berkley in 1979 and also has prior experience as a registered dental assistant. She has been with ddi since 2004. Currently she works at ddi Roseville, the first all-digital dental imaging center, where she has become an expert on digital radiography and cone beam technology as well as digital patient record keeping.


Stephanie Stephanie (Pardini) is the office manager for the ddi Vacaville imaging center where she has worked since joining ddi in 2003. She handles patient scheduling, insurance billing and computer data entry as well as shipping and supply management. Stephanie also provides support to the Sacramento office when needed, assisting with x-ray development and patient record keeping.


Patricia Pat (Davis) received her Medical Radiographic Technician license in 1977 from Santa Rosa JC. She later chose the field of dental imaging. Pat has been working in the ddi Napa imaging center since 2004, where she uses her years of expertise to guarantee the highest quality images with the latest in cone-beam technology. She also ensures that her patients always feel comfortable and informed about their visit.


Julie Julie (Blankenship) is the office manager for the ddi Napa imaging center. She has worked in the dental x-ray field since1999 and joined ddi in 2004. She handles patient scheduling, insurance billing and computer data entry as well as shipping and supply management. Concurrent with her office duties, Julie assists with x-ray development and patient record keeping.


Steve McEvoy Steve graduated from the University of Alberta, Canada in 1990 with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering and now makes his home in Sacramento, California. He was director of engineering at AxialTome and Denar Corporation, makers of Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) tomographic imaging systems. He has since consulted for Precision Dental Imaging and Soredex-Finndent-Corporations, each manufacturer of premier dental X-ray imaging systems. He is a founding partner of MedFX Systems, a digital X-ray imaging solutions provider. Steve is a licensed professional engineer in Alberta, Canada and in California, USA. He is affiliated with the Craniomandibular Institute, and a volunteer at the UCSF TMD Clinic in San Francisco, California. Currently he is co-owner of MME Consulting, providing computer consulting to clients in the Dental Industry. He is responsible for development and implementation of the communication technologies at DDI.


Steven Winter Steven is the Director of Marketing for ddi Imaging Center and ddi Education Center. Steven started his artistic career as a freelance painter / muralist, and his desire to work with new media took him into the computer graphic world in the early 1990's. Starting to work on the development of websites in 1995, Steve saw the power of this wonderful media and started his own design company (California Design Studio). Steven has since gone to become a successful marketing influence within many publicly traded companies along with helping smaller companies find success in small arenas. Steve holds degrees in Fine Art, Art History and Graphic Design .


Ray Mah Ray graduated from the University of Alberta, Canada in 1992 with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering and now makes his home in Santa Clara, California. He has a patent pending with MedFX Systems, a digital X-ray imaging solutions provider. Ray is a licensed professional engineer in Alberta, Canada and in California. He is affiliated with the Craniomandibular Institute, and a volunteer at the UCSF TMD Clinic in San Francisco, California.

He assists with the development and implementation of the communication and imaging technologies at ddi.


Robert Campbell Rob holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of Alberta, Canada and a Ph.D. from Stanford University, all in Mechanical Engineering. After completing his doctorate he worked for five years as a research engineer at General Electric's Corporate Research and Development Center, working in such diverse fields as heat transfer, combustion, gas turbine and aircraft R&D, data acquisition, programming, computer networking, image processing, and web application development. Rob is co-owner of MME Consulting, leading MME's software development group. His focus is developing workflow applications that utilize the web, wireless and PDA technologies. These solutions are being applied at dental x-ray labs such as ddi as well as dental practices across the United States and Canada.
