ddi provides a comprehensive series of services
designed to support your treatment plan. The services are available individually or in packages to support common issues:

A diagnostic report can be ordered on any of the below studies by our maxillofacilal radiogist, Dr. David Hatcher. Referring doctors will
receive a printed hardcopy of the entire study as well as a digital copy on CD. Upon request, doctors will be given a password to access our
free PACS internet system to view images immediately after they are taken (not avalible at all locations) .
Implant Workup Study consists of cross sections, and panoramic projections using a Cone Beam scanner.
Beam can be of an individual area or the whole mandible or maxilla arch. Diagnostic implant photos and a 3-D rendering are also included.
TMJ COMPLETE Workup Study consists of a lateral cephalmetric , panoramic x-ray, true size lateral and anterior views of the TM joint, axials and coronal views of the face, true size panoramic and a 3-D rendering . This is an excellent study for patients suffering from TMD symptoms.
TMJ Limited Workup Study consists of limited views of the lateral and anterior TM joint. This study is excellent for
updated views after a complete study has already been done in the past, or to demonstrate appliance positions (with and without Splint).
Impaction/Localization Study Study consists of a CT scan of the area of interest. Cross section views, axial and coronal views, diagnostic photos and a 3-D rendering of the area are all included.
Tissue Pathology Study consists of a CT scan of the area of interest, axial and coronal views, diagnostic photos and a 3-D rendering of the skull from different angles.
Cephalometric Tracings DDI will render a Digital tracing of the lateral cephalometric in the referring doctors preferred style. Tracings are also available by hand.
Sinus Evaluation We will provide axial and cronal views of the maxilary sinus area.

Orthodontic studies: Orthodontic records include x-ray images and photographs.
These records may be taken more than once throughout the course of treatment. The initial records
are used to determine facial growth patterns and to plan treatment. Subsequent images are taken to
compare to initial records and to measure treatment progress. |

Panoramic Projection: The panoramic is an overview image that is used to show the upper and lower jaws, erupted and unerupted teeth,
and to evaluate root alignment, TMJ's and the sinuses. |

Cephalometric Projections: These images are acquired in standardized lateral (side) and posteroanterior (front) projections.
These views show the bone and soft tissues of the head, and are used to evaluate jaw growth and spatial
relationships of the upper and lower jaws. |

Full Mouth Periapicals: Periapical images show the teeth and supporting bone with a great amount of detail.
These images are used to identify dental cavities, short roots, and abnormalities
involving the bone adjacent to the teeth. |

Periapical X-Rays: When a full FMX series is not required, ddi can perform any combination of individual periapical images.
We use the latest in periapical film for the lowest reduced radiation exposure to the patient. |

Bite Wings: When a full FMX series is not required, ddi can perform any combination of a-la-carte bite wing images.
You have the option of choosing from horizontal and vertical bitwings. |

Radiologist Interpretation: In order to assist your treatment planning, a thorough interpretation of the x-ray is available from a professional radiologist. |

simultaneously improve image quality and patient satisfaction.ddi offers a variety of montages that combine portrait and intraoral close-ups to
suit your specific requirements. |

Color Photographic Printing
In order to take full advantage of our digital photography abilities, ddi has also implemented a true photographic quality dye-sublimation
color printing system.The system is used to produce the output from our digital photography services. The system is highly flexible, and can
be used to print out any color digital images in sizes up to 8” by 10”. ddi makes this printer available to all it customers.Simply send us
your images and we’ll print them and mail them back to you. |

Digital X-Ray Printing
To complement ddi’s shift to digital radiography, we have implemented a state of the art digital x-ray printing system. The system is highly
flexible, and can be used to print out any digital x-ray image, scanned or produced from a NewTom 9000 volume scan.The system can print images
up to 8”x10” on either clear or blue transparent film or bright white photographic paper. ”.ddi makes this printer available to all it customers.

X-Ray Scanning
ddi can scan your existing x-ray images into many standard image formats. You can then incorporate these images into presentations or reports
of your own. Simply send us your existing x-ray films and we’ll scan them and wither mail on CD or email them back to you. |

35mm Slide and Negative Scanning
Do you have scores of treatment photos, slides and negatives filling drawers and binders. ddi can scan your existing slides and negatives into many
standard image formats. Our specialized high resolution scanner to scans these small images at 3000 dpi to produce crystal clear graphis even when
projected onto large presentation screens.You can then incorporate these images into presentations or reports of your own..Simply send us your
existing slides and negatives and we’ll scan them and either mail on CD or email them back to you. |

CD Mastering and Duplication
Do you have a presentation or a series of case files that you would like to have on a stored on a CDROM but don’t have the equipment to make a CD yourself. ddi can quickly and easily make CDs or copies of your existing CDs. Simply email us the files that you wish to add to a CD and we will mail you your CD the next day.
